Privacy Policy

The purpose of this Policy is to record the privacy and data management principles applied by the Service Provider (Lengyel Balázs e. V. 7th Sense) and the Privacy and Data Management Policy of the Company.

According to the decision issued by the Hungarian Commercial Licensing Office, Balázs Lengyel e. v. (7th Sense) (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) under the registration number, may carry out courier activities according to the law. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that all services provided by the Provider, regardless of their nationality or place of residence, to all individuals, are assured that their rights and fundamental freedoms, in particular their privacy, are respected in the processing of their personal data (data protection).

DATA PROTECTION

The personal data provided to us during the use of the web shop shall be stored by the Service Provider in a confidential and purposeful way, to store it to third parties for the sole purpose of completing the order and for any subsequent proof of the contract. Exceptions to this are subcontractor’s data that is required, without which the fulfillment of the order is not feasible, such as the information required for dispatch to the courier service. In the course of handling the Customer’s data, the Service Provider, in accordance with Act LXIII of 1992 on the protection of personal data and publicity of data of public interest, (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”).

The Service Provider may only be able to handle the effectiveness of the service, the electronic advertisement or other recipient content addressed to the Customer for market research purposes only prior to the determination of the data management purpose and on the Customer’s consent. The Service Provider does not transmit the processed data.

The data controller and the data processor are the Service Provider. The purpose of the Service Provider’s Data Management is to promote advertising and purchase. The legal basis for data processing is Avtv. Article 3 (1). The Customer may also prohibit such processing of data prior to the service of the service and during the use of the service.

The data subject concerned may request the processing of his or her personal data and may request the rectification of his / her personal data or, with the exception of legal orders, the deletion of the personal data of the person concerned. Personal data must be deleted if it is illegal to handle it; requested by the person concerned; the data is incomplete or incorrect – and this status can not be legally corrected – provided that the deletion is not excluded by law; the purpose of data management has ceased or the statutory deadline for data storage has expired; it was ordered by the court or by the Data Protection Commissioner.

The person concerned may object to the handling of his or her personal data if:
(a) the processing (transfer) of personal data is only necessary for the enforcement of the right or legitimate interest of the data controller or the data exporter, unless data management is prescribed by law;
(b) the use or transmission of personal data is done for direct business acquisition, polling or scientific research;
c) the exercise of the right of protest is otherwise permitted by law.

The Data Controller shall, at the same time suspend the processing of data, be required to examine the protest within the shortest possible time but not later than 15 days after the submission of the application and inform the applicant in writing thereof. If the protest is justified, the data controller is required to discontinue data processing and lock the data. If the data subject does not understand the decision of the controller , within 30 days from the date of notification to the Avtv. you can contact a court.
